Installation Site Requirements
Before installation, verify that your garage or workshop provides sufficient space, suitable concrete and adequate overhead clearance for safe operation.
Check layout dimensions against your floor plan and ensure adequate operating clearance around the lift.
The installation area should be clear of heaters, structural supports, electrical lines, doors, lights and other overhead obstructions.
Inspect the installation area for cracked, damaged or otherwise defective concrete before installation.
⚠ Concrete & Installation Requirements
All models must be installed on 3,000 PSI reinforced concrete. For lifts in the 8,500–10,000 LB range, a minimum concrete thickness of 4 inches is required.
New concrete must be adequately cured for at least 30 days. Do not install the lift on asphalt, expansion seams, cracked or defective concrete, or on an elevated floor without first consulting a qualified building professional.
